Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service apply specifically to our training programs offered on our website, www.cloud-inspire.io. These terms outline the conditions under which participants may enroll and engage in the training sessions provided by Cloud Inspire. Please note that terms and conditions for other services offered by Cloud Inspire are provided through personalised quotes and tailored Terms of Service based on the specific needs of each client. 1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Registration: Registration for the training is subject to the receipt of the completed registration form and payment of the training fees.
1.2. Payment: The training fees must be paid in full before the start of the training to guarantee your place. We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.
1.3. Special offers: Discounts may be offered for early or group registrations. These offers are only valid during the specified period and cannot be combined with other promotions.

2. Cancellation and Refund

2.1. Cancellation by the participant: Any cancellation request must be made in writing (via email). If the cancellation occurs:

  • More than 5 days before the start of the training: full refund.
  • From 5 days before the start of the training: 95% refund of the registration fees.

2.2. Cancellation by the organizer: In case of cancellation of the training by the organizer, all registration fees will be fully refunded. No other compensation will be offered.
2.3. Replacement: Participants may not appoint a replacement in the event of non-participation.

3. Access to the Online platform

3.1. Online access: The training takes place online via a dedicated platform. A link and instructions to access the training will be sent to participants after registration confirmation.
3.2. Required equipment: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate equipment (computer and stable internet connection) to access the online training.
3.3. Availability of resources: Training materials, exercises, and recordings will be available to participants during the training period.

4. Use of Virtual Machines (VM)

4.1. Each participant is assigned one or two dedicated virtual environments (VM) to perform the exercises and practical cases during the training.
4.2. The VMs are strictly for educational use and must not be used for commercial, research, or production purposes outside of the training.
4.3. It is forbidden to use the VMs for illegal activities, download or install unauthorized software, or access systems not included in the training program.
4.4. Access to the VMs is limited to the duration of the training, with an extended access of one month after the training to complete practical exercises.

5. Conduct and Behavior

5.1. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully toward the instructors and other participants.
5.2. Any discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate comments or behavior will not be tolerated during live sessions or online interactions.
5.3. Participants must actively engage in training sessions, ask questions constructively, and respect the schedule of live sessions.
5.4. Any violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate exclusion from the training without the right to a refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All content, training materials, videos, presentations, and other materials provided as part of the training are protected by the intellectual property rights of the organizer or the instructors.
6.2. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, share, or distribute this content without prior written authorization.
6.3. Access to the training materials is reserved solely for registered participants, for personal and professional use in the context of their learning.

7. Liability

7.1. Limitation of liability: The organizer shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of information provided during the training. Participants are responsible for applying the knowledge acquired in their professional environments.
7.2. Service interruption: In case of technical issues during online sessions (network failure, platform issues, etc.), the organizer will make every effort to restore the session as quickly as possible. If a session is canceled due to technical issues, a new session will be rescheduled.

8. Certification

8.1. Certificate of participation: At the end of the training, a certificate of participation will be awarded to participants who have completed all sessions.

9. Personal Data

9.1. Collection and Use of Personal Data
In accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data. The information you provide during registration (name, email, etc.) will only be used for:

  • Managing your participation in the training.
  • Sending documents related to the training (practical information, training materials, certificates, etc.).
  • Administrative follow-up and, if applicable, handling payment requests.
    Your personal data will never be shared with third parties without your prior consent, except where required by law.

9.2. Data Retention
Personal data collected will be retained for a limited time, strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above. This includes:

  • Administrative data (registration, payment) will be retained for up to 5 years for tax and legal reasons.
  • Data related to certifications and attestations will be retained as long as necessary for participants to retrieve this information (up to 10 years, unless a shorter period is required).

9.3. Participants’ Rights Regarding Their Data
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: You may request information on the data we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification: If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you may request its correction.
  • Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances (e.g., unnecessary data).
  • Right to restrict processing: You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format and transfer it to another data controller.
  • Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons.

10. Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be held liable for delays or cancellation of training due to force majeure (unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, internet service interruptions, etc.). If a session is canceled due to force majeure, the organizer will offer alternative dates to reschedule the training.

11. Complaints or Claims

11.1. Any complaint related to the training, its content, or its organization can be submitted via email to the organizer. A response will be provided within 10 working days.
11.2. In the event of a dispute, the organizer and the participant agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.

12. Modification of Terms and Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes before the start of the training.
